Modular Controller

We offer a wide variety of Red Lion’s Modular Controller. This series of products provides customers with a cost effective solution to integrate multi-zone PID control, data acquisition and I/O into their PC, DCS or PLC control system. It also allows users to drag and drop controller data to PLC registers in seconds using point-and-click data mapping from an extensive menu of built-in serial and Ethernet drivers. This saves lot of time and effort as no tedious PLC code needs to be written. Further, it helps in eliminating costly add-on I/O & analog cards, and the high-density DIN rail design helps in saving on panel space. All modules can be hot-swapped as the master automatically programs a replaced module.
